Two Fields Bakeshop is a destination where the worlds of allergy-friendly and gluten-free baked goods intersect. This creates an experience that satisfies even the most discerning customer.
Customers can find our baked goods and popular bread line in many establishments throughout the tri-state area. Most of our products are prepackaged, labeled and frozen. This is to maintain the integrity as well as quality without the use of added sugars and other preservatives. We are a high volume, zero waste bakery. This allows our customers to have the freshest products while offering our consumers reasonable prices.
Families have trusted our rigorous allergy-safe protocols at Two Fields Bakeshop for over 7 years. Two Fields products ship nationally and are also available at our bakery in Berkeley Heights, NJ and select supermarkets and other food establishments in the northeast. Our certified gluten free facility is completely peanut, tree nut, and sesame free. We also specialize in milk free (dairy free) and egg free (vegan) products. We make these products completely separately and display them in their own section.

As a second-generation French-trained pastry chef, owner Nick Nikolopoulos has made it his personal mission to provide a dedicated safe kitchen for those with celiac disease as well as allergies. His sons and nephew, who suffer from severe, life-threatening allergies to gluten, nuts, and dairy inspired him. Nick transitioned his focus to the celiac and allergy-friendly space, ensuring every product is crafted with their safety in mind.
