I’m Patricia, owner and founder of Fleur de Sel Patisserie . Bistro, here in Chatham, New Jersey. It has always been a dream of mine to open my own food business. After spending time working at leading locations and hotels around the world, it was time to create something a bit closer to home and one in which would provide a better work life balance to spend time with my family. Fleur de Sel is the answer to all that I could look for and it’s been a true pleasure getting to know our customers and serving the community thus far. I look forward to having you in!
