Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) provides a full spectrum of home health care services to the residents and communities of Morris, Hunterdon, Sussex, and Warren Counties, New Jersey. The organization supports the elderly, home bound and convalescing members of our communities as well as their caregivers and families.

The demand for home health care has escalated in the northern New Jersey area we proudly serve. It is projected to continue to increase as the size of the local senior citizen population grows. VNA relies upon gifts to its Foundation to help fund care for area residents with financial hardships and acquire new health-related technologies to enhance the quality of care provided to all patients.  Please consider making a donation to help us continue to improve lives.
