FREE Fall Open House at the Stickley Museum at Craftsman Farms
Get into the fall spirit with us at the Stickley Museum at Craftsman Farms!
Get into the fall spirit with the Stickley Museum at Craftsman Farms as they invite friends and neighbors to their Grand Re-Opening (Free) Fall Open House from 12:00pm-4:00pm on Saturday, October 26, 2024. Attendees are encouraged to step away from their busy fall schedules and into the Stickley family home for a celebration of autumn.
Visitors can spend an afternoon exploring Gustav Stickley’s Log House at their own pace, including the newly restored Kitchen and interpreted Porch. They’ll enjoy the interior’s warm hues, cozy charm, and family-friendly, period-inspired All Hallow’s Eve decor.
The Craftsman Shop, now located in the newly rebuilt Annex, will be open from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm, offering the perfect opportunity to find a special gift for oneself or for any Arts and Crafts enthusiast.
Guests can take an autumn stroll on the park-like grounds of Craftsman Farms, which spans thirty peaceful acres. They can relax at picnic tables and take in the fall scenery, with grounds maps available to help them explore.
Craftsman Farms warmly welcomes visitors of all ages to create their own leaf print tile at the craft table, encouraging everyone to get their hands dirty and let their creativity shine. It’s a wonderful way to bring a touch of nature (and Stickley style) into their homes.
Attendees are invited to arrive early at 11:15 am for a special reception honoring former Council Member Michael dePierro, celebrating 40 years of dedicated service to Parsippany-Troy Hills. Immediately following the reception, a Ribbon Cutting ceremony will take place to honor the museum’s Grand Re-Opening.
Craftsman Farms looks forward to welcoming everyone to their Grand Re-Opening Open House!
