Heritage Partner Workshop
Join us at the Washington’s Headquarters Museum for our Heritage Partner Workshop on March 5, 2024!
This workshop is geared toward addressing volunteer needs, visitor readiness, and programming. This workshop will allow participants to flesh out their program and exhibit ideas with professionals in a “speed consulting” session. These professionals include Paul Soltis (Wallace House and Old Dutch Parsonage), Mark Texel (New Jersey State and Historic Parks), Cynthia Winslow (Macculloch Hall Museum), and Kimberly Praria (Historic Fallingston). Leslie T. Bensley (Friends of Jockey Hollow) will discuss visitor readiness and what needs must be met for a site to become “visitor ready.”
Participants are asked to bring a workshop or program idea with them to work on with the speed consultants.
Lunch will be provided to participants.
