About David Lloyd
The managing member of Stickel, Frahn, and Lloyd LLC and has been practicing law for over 40 years. He concentrates his practice in commercial and residential real estate, small business planning, elder care, estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, tax, and wealth preservation.
David, born and raised in Trenton, received his Bachelor of Arts in English, with honors and distinction, from the University of Michigan and his Juris Doctor from Northwestern University. After graduating from law school, he clerked for Superior Court Judge George B. Francis in Atlantic City, Equity Division. He joined Mr. Stickel and Mr. Frahn in 1976 as an associate at the firm and became a partner in 1980.
David was the Chatham Borough Attorney from 2002 to 2008 and the Madison Borough Board of Health Attorney from 1991 to 2009. He was the former president of the Madison Jaycees and board member of the Madison Y.M.C.A. David is an active member in the Kiwanis Club of the Chathams.
