Karen Rubinstein - a certified Recovery Life Coach and Transformational Mastery Coach - is dedicated to helping women reclaim their happiness and purpose. She works hard at providing you a partner, mentor, spiritual guide, and support system to help you adjust to a new sober lifestyle. Helping recover your true-self and life purpose.
Karen's life journey is full of twists, turns and very real setbacks such as depression, PTSD and alcoholism. Over four years in recovery, she's made amazing discoveries and learned some life-changing lessons. Karen's expanding knowledge and skills help guide women on their journey to recover their life - just as Karen did. Karen also dedicates herself to writing and speaking - to recovering loudly. She strives to stop the shame and stigma of addiction/alcoholism and to hopefully stop others from dying quietly.
Through our work together, you'll build a strong, unbreakable connection with yourself. You'll shift away from feelings of being stuck, drained, or not good enough. Instead, you'll cultivate a deep sense of self-awareness and well-being, taking inspired steps that align with living a fully expressed life—grounded, purposeful, and positive.
It’s time to reconnect with your higher self and experience life with renewed excitement, energy, and freedom!
Karen 's Mission
My mission is to empower individuals struggling with addictions or mental health issues. This includes depression or anxiety. I am to do so by fostering an understanding of how their thoughts and beliefs influence their actions. Through empowerment and the rediscovery of their true essence, I aim to support individuals on their journey towards healing and self-actualization.
Karen 's Vision
My vision is to cultivate a society where individuals are equipped with the knowledge and tools to address the root causes of addiction and mental health challenges. I aim to educate the public that drugs and alcohol are not the problem, but rather symptoms of underlying traumas and inadequate coping skills. By doing so, I envision a community where holistic healing and support are accessible to all.
