Frank Truilo, of Frank Truilo Architect, earned a Bachelor of Architecture Degree in 1981 from the New Jersey Institute of Technology School of Architecture. He became a member of the planning board for the Borough of New Providence from 1980 until 1987. Later, a member of the planning board for Washington Township (Mercer County) from 1988 to 1991.
Mr. Truilo had served as a Board of Trustee member for the New Providence Community Pool, and on the Parking Committee for the Borough of Chatham. Currently his is Vice-Chair of the Historic Preservation Commission. Board of Trustee member for the Newark & Suburban chapter of the American Institute of Architects.
Mr. Frank Truilo became a licensed architect in the state of New Jersey in October of 1986 and later became a licensed Building Official in the State of New Jersey in 1992. Throughout the 1980’s he worked for several top New York City architectural firms achieving a title of Senior Project Architect and was involved with hotel, office, retail, and pharmaceutical facilities.
During the 1990's he focused on Construction Management in the Quick Service Restaurant industry working with Dunkin Donuts, Baskin Robbins, and Togos Eateries. In 2003 he founded Frank Truilo Architects LLC.
