Family-owned and operated since 2006, 40 North Restaurants was founded on the premise of providing an exceptional casual dining guest experience by combining a memorable sense of space, with a curated menu, and executed with attentive service.

Why 40North? From our humble beginnings in Naples, Italy, to where we are today in Morristown, NJ, both cities represent our values. They also both represent our experiences. The 40°N line of latitude crosses through both Naples and Morristown. 40 North Restaurants is our way of paying respect to the past, while embracing the future.

THE OFFICE TAVERN AND GRILL

The Office Tavern Grill provides its Guests with a carefully crafted experience. This unique restaurant is an reinvention of what is an iconic New Jersey restaurant. The cuisine blends classic American comforts with modern twists, paired with forty rotating beer, prosecco, and root beer taps, and served in a familiar yet contemporary setting. PIATTINO NEIGHBORHOOD BISTRO

Piattino serves great Italian fare with a modern twist. We source artisan ingredients from around the world and our own back yard. We have crafted a menu full of new takes on classic entrees and pastas, with our stone-fired oven at the center of it all.

THE BLACK HORSE TAVERN AND PUB

Proudly serving Guests for almost 300 years, The Black Horse Tavern & Pub is New Jersey’s oldest continually running restaurant dating back to 1742. Come and enjoy a meal in our cozy and rustic setting, perfect for get togethers with family and friends. Our menu features American classics that have been tastefully updated to post-Revolutionary war standards. We hope to serve you soon!

NOM MEXICAN TABLE & TEQUILA BAR

In the tequila world a NOM number is representative of a distillery or family, and their commitment to respecting the blue agave plant. NOM Mexican Table + Tequila Bar honors those distilleries and families through a carefully curated selection of over 200 of the greatest tequilas and mezcals from Mexico.

NOM is a place to enjoy happy hour, brunch, dinner, or date night with our menu featuring sharable apps, Mexican inspired entrees, guacamole freshly prepared tableside, and our creative, agave-based margaritas and cocktails.

TOWN BAR & KITCHEN

TOWN bar + kitchen is stylishly set on two floors, each with its own bar. It also features one of Morristown’s only rooftop dining spaces (complete with fireplace). We serve a globally inspired menu that is sophisticated and approachable, paired with a dynamic selection of wines, premium beers, and a specialty cocktail program. Together with our thoughtful service, we hope to create a unique and memorable experience for you.
