The new Netflix comedy adds to the list of several big movies filmed in the North Jersey area recently.
MORRIS COUNTY, NJ — Yet another movie is being filmed in New Jersey, this one starring WWE superstar John Cena and comedian Eric Andre.
“Little Brother” is an upcoming Netflix film that was shot in Morris County this weekend.
Madison streets were closed on Friday to film a t-bone car crash scene, authorities said. According to Madison police, the intersection of Greenwood Avenue and Brittin Street was closed from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday to shoot the staged collision.
The scene reportedly features Andre’s character driving a blue Chevy Spark before getting slammed into by a huge dump truck.

The film has also reportedly been shot in Montclair, Elizabeth, and Bayonne.
The movie’s premise revolves around a famous real estate agent, portrayed by Cena, whose life is turned upside down when his “eccentric” little brother, played by Andre, unexpectedly reappears.
Andre, known for his Emmy-award winning program “The Eric Andre Show,” has returned to New Jersey after filming Happy Gilmore 2 in the Garden State last year. The 42-year-old comedian and actor is also known for his roles in “Bad Trip” and “Jackass Forever.”
Cena has made a name for himself as a comedic actor over the years, starring in productions such as “Peacemaker,” “Ricky Stanicky,” and many more. He’s most famous for his professional wrestling career, making his WWE debut in 2002.
