CHATHAM, NJ – The Chatham Borough Farmers Market is celebrating its 20th year, bringing in many different vendors from the New Jersey area.

The market officially opened on May 16th and will continue every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., offering fresh foods, local products, and unique small businesses. The Chatham Farmers Market is welcoming new vendors who will be adding exciting new products for everyone to enjoy.

One of the newest additions is Zell’s Farm, owned by Zell George. Zell’s Farm travels from Hillsborough to Chatham’s local Farmers Market on Saturdays to share their specialty Mushrooms.

“These are mushrooms that you won’t find in a grocery store at this level of quality,” George said.

The vendor sells unique mushrooms that are not only flavorful, but they also offer a lot of health benefits, which can elevate any dish. “They make everything taste great.” George also stated.

Another first-time vendor at the market is Sugar and Whisk from Florham Park. The business gained attention for its best-selling freshly squeezed lemonade. During their first Chatham Farmers Market attendance, the stand completely sold out of its supply of lemonade.

In addition to Sugar and Whisk’s delicious lemonade, they also offer dessert lattes, including another popular drink, the Toasted Coconut Cloud latte.

Aside from the newest food vendors, The Chatham Farmers Market also welcomed The Vital Stretch, located in Madison. It was started by Munjal Attawala and his wife and they created a business that focuses on one-on-one stretching sessions designed to specifically fit every individual.
